Hay una película y creo que la dirige Hitchcock, cuyo titulo es 39 Escalones. Vi la película y me pareció fantástica , pero mas fantástico fue cuando subí esta escalera y la coroné.... ahogándome y ya había compañer@s del Grupo arriba que ya habían tocado la campana de la Ermita. Ana ,la decana estaba allí brazos en alto, Oly, Alazne y bueno un conjunto armonioso y feliz . A Pablo no lo busqué...Que maravilla de grupo , que alegría espontánea de todos de poder haber subido , pues no era fácil la escalinata..pero allí estábamos tocando una campana cuyo tañido nos sonaba a música de Mozart...

El mes de Junio lucia esplendoroso y el paisaje era maravilloso asi que cada cual procuró sus fotos y esta es una de ellas . Espero que guste como nos gustó la reunión...

241 353 des Erfurter Bahnservice hatte in Langelsheim einen frisch beladenen Holzzug bespannt. Dieser sollte in westwärts in Richtung Kreiensen gebracht werden. Da aus den Ladegleisen in Langelsheim keine direkte Ausfahrt in Richtung Westen möglich ist und der Regionalverkehr im Bahnhof Goslar zu stark behindert würde, musste der Zug zunächst ostwärts bis in den Bahnhof von Oker fahren. Dort konnte die Lok dann umsetzten und endlich seine Fahrt in der richtigen Richtung fortsetzen. Den Fotografen kam dieses Vorgehen allerdings sehr legen, schließlich kam so noch ein zusätzlicher Güterzug vorbei.

241 353 of the Erfurter Bahnservice had hitched up a freshly loaded wooden train at Langelsheim. This train was to be taken westwards in the direction of Kreiensen. Since there is no direct west-bound exit from the loading tracks in Langelsheim and regional traffic in Goslar station would be too much impeded, the train had to travel eastwards to Oker station first. There the locomotive could then be shunted around and the train cloud finally continue its journey in the right direction. The photographers found this procedure very convenient, as an additional freight train came by.

Eschscholzia californica :-) is the scientific name for this beautiful flower. I remember bringing my father who lived in Isreal, a pack of seeds thirty-some years ago. He then started to grow them in the kibbutz.

Throwback Thursday! An all-autorack train 241 rumbles across the North Toronto Sub in some nice golden evening light in early October. At the time, 241 ran only a couple times a month usually, and timing was largely unpredictable.

232 241-0 hatte am 15.09.2020 die Aufgabe einen Kokszug von Köthen nach Bernburg (Solvay) zu traktionieren. Hier sieht man sie kurz vor dem Haltepunkt Frenz, welcher mitten in der Pampa liegt...am Arsch der Welt sozusagen. Bis vor 5-6 Jahren gab es auch noch Kokszüge vom Hafen Aken nach Bernburg, jedoch scheint auf der Strecke Köthen-Aken momentan nichts mehr zu fahren.

The little station of Frenz lay's somethat away from the World, between Köthen and Biendorf. Once in a while some action takes place, like this coke train to Bernburg with 232 241-0. Not so long ago some of the coke was driven from the little city of Aken to Bernburg but this traffic dried up around 2016...seem like a lifetime ago.
