Tonight was supposed to be the night where we saw Mars at its closest.
And we did.
See that really bright star to the right of the moon?
yeah, thats Mars.
The moon was also rediculously bright. So bright I got this flare here, see.
And there were soooooo many stars (more stars than this city girl is accustommed to anyway)

Yesterday Tom and I drove back to his house from UMass so we could celebrate Easter weekend with his family :) We watched movies and relaxed all night and then took a few long exposures in his backyard. Somehow I ended up with this double exposure, and I think I really like it.
