Fingers on the console controling the light show for the stage performance of The Ocean. Ahead of time the band provided the local crew with rather detailed lighting instructions, though the fine control over how to set the atmosphere was done through a crew member of the band.
The Ocean (theoceancollective.com) (a.k.a. The Ocean Collective) is a post-metal band started in 2001 by german guitarist Robin Staps. During the following two years, about 40 musicians joined and left the band until a stable line-up was established in 2009 during recording sessions of Heliocentric and Anthropocentric.
ProgPower Europe is a progressive metal festival in the Dutch village of Baarlo (Limburg) with a wide variety of upcoming and established bands in the genre. ProgPower is not only known for its interesting music, but also for its unique atmosphere. It’s no surprise that ProgPower has many regular visitors who celebrate progressive metal in Baarlo every year.

Tried my hand at making a shirt for Float again. My first try was unsuccessful.
Second try was much better. This shirt actually fits her! Unfortunately the neck hole is too small so I have to take her head off to get it on and off of her, but the important part is IT FIIIIIIIIITS! Yay! I used this tutorial again:
I cheated a bit though. I upcycled one of my daughter's old shirts, so I used all the hemmed edges for the hemmed edges of this shirt. Cut a lot out of my sewing time! :D
My first try at making a t-shirt for Marie from this tutorial.
I veered off from the tutorial a bit to make the shirt open at the back, because the idea of removing Marie's head gives me a nervous breakdown. *grin*
I wanted to make a pattern for t-shirts for Marie, to make life simpler - I've read things about making patterns before, and gotten so exhausted by the numerous measurements that I never did anything more with them!
However, this tutorial, with minimal measurements, made things suddenly make a lot more sense!

My first try at making a t-shirt for Marie from this tutorial.
Apparently I have an...interesting...interpretation of where her shoulders are and what width her arms are! LOL
