Un train de marchandises assuré par la BB-22285 avec la CC-72055 en véhicule passe à Randan le 31 juillet 1996.
La BB 22265 RC, acheminant depuis Lille Fives, le Wagon de Secours et Grande Intervention, ainsi que sa voiture d'accompagnement, vers Orchies, est vue se dirigeant vers Valenciennes pour après revenir sur ses pas : Orchies.
La BB 22265 RC et le WSGI sont venus en aide à la BB 22285 RC tombée en rade quelques jours auparavant, pour rapatrier l'engin ainsi que la VR2N vers Lille.

Das milde Abendlicht strahlt den Viadukt noch an, als die BB 22285 der SNCF mit dem Express 163 die Bucht von Anthéor im Esterelgebirge (83) passiert.
Bang on time running 19023 Mumbai Central (BCT) - Firozpur (FZP) Janta Express readies itself for taking the main line with a massive offlink MGS WAP - 4 #22285. Usually it gets GZB WAP - 4/TKD WAP - 7.

Because of a suicidal person around Mortsel (there's a mental health institute nearby the railway), the heavy mineral water train 47810 from Ambérieu (F) to Antwerpen Waaslandhaven got held up, threatening to result in a delay for the next train back south hauled by the pair of Lineas / Sibelit 13's. Instead of continuing to the left bank, the pair of class 13's left their train at Antwerpen Noord and turned short, in time for their next duty.
Freshly back from maintenance, Lineas' black class 66 took over and brought the healthy liquids to Waaslandhaven bundel Zuid as 22285 on 13/05/2020.

C'est en fin d'après midi peu après Beuvry que l'une des dernières circulations de VR2N est captée sous mon objectif, ici la rame 05 et la BB 22268 RC en pousse filant vers Béthune.
Quelques heures plus tard, la rame 03 et la BB 22285 RC acterons la fin des rames VR2N en service commercial avec une dernière arrivée a Calais-Ville à 22h30.
