The Tsibri mountain range, true to its name, resembles a series of protruding ribs (ribs རྩིབ་མ་ rtsib ma, tsibma).
During the 11th century, the remote crags of Tsibri were inhabited by Padampa Sangye, the Indian master who introduced the lineages of Chod and Zhije into Tibet.

La 22256, une des dernières machines du type arrivée dans les Hauts-de-France, et portant encore les couleurs de PACA, son ancienne région d'attache, assure la traction d'un TER St-Quentin - Paris de fin de journée. La rame CORAIL est photographiée peu après Tergnier, sous une belle lumière hivernale et de fin de journée, le 25/03/2022.

22000-class DMU 22256 at Leixlip Louisa Bridge with an evening service to Mullingar.
From one nez cassé to another. I had wanted to take this train at this site from a different perspective, but the significant growth of the green stuff made that impossible. So this was my improvised solution. BB 22256 in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur livery is on its way at the opposite end of the country, hauling this morning train from Maubeuge to Paris-Nord. Becquigny, 06-09-2021.
Le 12 Mars 2016, la BB 22256 RC est ses deux RRR assuraient un TER Cannes la Bocca - Vintimille, de passage à Saint Laurent du Var par une journée ensoleillée.

Am Morgen des 3. Juni 2023 stand erneut ein Besuch der Fotostelle bei Warlitz auf dem Programm. Ich bin nach der Nachtschicht mal eben kurz nach Mecklenburg-Vorpommern gefahren. Ich hatte die beiden Nachtzüge aus Stockholm auf dem Zettel. Dort hatte sich nämlich einer Neuerung ergeben. Beim Snälltåget wurde die Traktion des Zuges von WFL Renntrabbi auf SIEMENS Vectron von ELL umgestellt. Das bedeutet, dass in Padborg kein Lokwechsel mehr nötig ist. An diesem Morgen war die rote 193 288 mit den passenden Logos für die Bespannung des Nachtzuges eingeteilt worden und konnte etwas früher als erwartet auf die SD-Karte gebannt werden. Leider machte ein dicker Schlonzstreifen vor der Sonne etwas Streit und das Licht war nicht vollständig am Scheinen. Sonst war der Himmel natürlich fast wolkenlos. Trotzdem möchte ich Euch das Bild nicht vorenthalten. Aktuell ist der Sonnenaufgang schon wieder etwas später, so dass es fast nicht mehr möglich ist an der obigen Fotostelle diese Zugleistung umzusetzen. An sonst war in der Zeit meiner Anwesenheit der Zugverkehr ziemlich dürftig. Den LKW-Walter-KLV von HSL nach Rostock Seehafen hab ich noch bei der Ankunft an der Fotostelle vorbeifahren gesehen und sonst war bis auf den Ziltendorfer-Erzzug kein weiterer Güterzug gen Osten unterwegs gewesen. Zu allem Überfluss war beim Erzzug auch noch die vordere 152er der Doppeltraktion übelst mit Schmierereien verunstaltet...

Le 13avril 2024, c'était l'occasion d'aller faire la bb2200 dans le Nord.
Ici le TER n° 841845 ( Jeumont ->> Lille Flandres) de passage à Rosult avec la 22256 et sa rame de VR2N.

Am Morgen des 10. Juni 2023 erreicht mich die Meldung, dass der Snälltåget aus Stockholm nach Berlin einiges an Verspätung hatte und dem entsprechend an einer anderen Fotostelle umsetzbar sein sollte als wie er sich bisher in meiner Sammlung befand. Dazu ging es dann ziemlich spontan zu Hause los und auf dem direkten Weg nach Schwanheide. Die Autobahn war an diesem vom Wetter herrlichen Samstagmorgen schön frei und mein Auto durfte mal zeigen was in ihm steckt. Als ich dann auf die Bahnhofstraße am Zielort eingebogen bin, rollte gerade der Regional-Express nach Rostock in den Haltepunkt. Ich konnte also ganz gemütlich mein Auto parken und die Kamera bereit machen. Etwa 15min später fing das Gleis zu surren an und das Zielobjekt in Form des Nachtzuges rauschte heran. Kurze Zeit später war dann das erste Bild des Tages im Kasten. Es folgten noch, bis das Licht in die Gleisachse gewandert war, ein paar weitere Züge fürs Archiv in Form von zwei Eurocity mit CD 193, dem RDC/BTE Nachtzug mit 193 088 und drei Güterzüge gen Osten. Von den Güterzügen habe ich Euch auch schon bereit einen gezeigt. Das Foto zur METRANS 383 425 "modility" mit einem Containerzug am Haken ist in meinem Fotostream bereits seit ein paar Wochen online...
En provenance de Calais, passage de la BB 22256 remorquant une rame VR2N couplée à la BB 22246 qui a surement dû connaitre quelques déboires...

La BB22256 és una de les nez cassées bitensió reversibles que estaven en servei a la regió PACA (Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur) i que van quedar sense utilitat al retirar les branques RRR. Les locomotores han estat reasignades a la regió Hauts de France tot i que mantenen la vistosa lliurea PACA. A la fotografia veiem a la 22256 RC al topall de Gare du Nord poc després de tracción un TER.
She likes to go outside but when it is windy or cold she turns right back around and wants in. So I let her out tonight and slid the glass door shut again. Sure enough, she was right back at the window meowing and wanting back in.
I wish I didn't cut her feet off in this picture.
