In this shot Sanders MCV Evora bodied Volvo B8RLE type number 520 - BV21 OOC ā€œNorfolk Explorerā€ is captured having just turned off the A149 onto Langham Road at Morston as it works the above diverted Wells-next-the-Sea bound Coasthopper service CH1 journey. On the left we can see Sanders Ford Tourneo minibus number 3003 - NX18 XYW which will operate the connecting shuttle service along the A149 via Stiffkey. However, on this occasion there were no passengers wanting to transfer from 520.

Due to building renovation related works, the A149 currently has a width restriction at Stiffkey. As a result all Coasthopper service CH1 journeys are diverting in both directions over the Morston - Wells section by way of Langham, Binham and Warham. A minibus shuttle service is provided along the normal route via Stiffkey which connects with the main service vehicles at Morston, again in both directions. I understand that the diversion is expected to be in place until early December.

With the bright early sunshine having given way to cloudy conditions, Sanders MCV Evora bodied Volvo B8RLE type number 520 - BV21 OOC ā€œNorfolk Explorerā€ is seen on Warham Road at Binham Westgate as it works the above diverted Cromer bound Coasthopper service CH1 journey. Of course, the diversionary route over this Wells-next-the-Sea to Binham via Warham section is regularly used by one journey each way on Monday to Friday service 46, although, after serving Morston, the return run towards Wells only passes this way if there a passengers to setdown.
