Nog een typische Captrain "signature-train" was de papiertrein uit Antwerpen naar Dortmund. Op de heerlijke 22 oktober 2011 zien we de 6602 met deze trein in een heerlijk herfstzonnetje ter hoogte van De Klomp passeren.

Now heading up-grade, in a few minutes the train will cross the high bridge. Years ago they had plans/hopes of extending the track into Georgetown proper, but I guess those have never got off the ground.

#12 had broken an axle back in 2006 before my first visit to the loop. It was out of service then and it is out of service now, but was in operation in the midwest for a while in between. #12 is a 1928 Baldwin 2-6-2.
Een fraaie trein van Captrain was de Skopau welke was beladen met UBC en IFF containers. Op de lekker zonnige 22 oktober 2011 was het de 186150 die met een redelijk beladen trein op de Betuweroute kon worden vastgelegd ter hoogte van Huissen op weg richting de Rotterdamse haven.

Skipping to Silver Plume, we catch the arrival of #111 into the yard. That tender on the right belong to #12 which broke an axle in 2006. We'll see a better shot of it later.
