**this is not my cat. it is just one in a long line of neighbourhood cats who has taken to spending part of each day reclining on the top of my garden shed, and today was basking in the sun at the edge of my carport. i didn't notice when i first went out to take my 365 for today so it gave me a fright when i came upon it. but we bonded and basked in the sun for a bit. my new friend.
