You call that a bed!

I took this photo with the late afternoon sun before me while I stood behind this rose bud. Once I viewed it on the computer, I noticed something. There is a layer of fine 'fuzz' between the outer green petal and the more fragile pink petal of the rose. This must be God's way of insulating and cushioning the petals as they develop so as not become ruined with the heat of summer.

Afvoer van de Romeijntrein ( staat trouwens Romein op de dozen), hier de passage bij Loon, net boven assen op 26-07-2021. De mooie lucht zat er al even, echter achter me kroop de zon net achter een megawolk weg.
