A very big thank you to all those that faved and commented on my photography in 2019, it was a great honour.
I wish you all a great time, at however you celebrate the Christmas period and trust that 2020 is full of hope.
This will be the last posting before the 25th and I will be back around the 28th and will hopefully catch up with all you kind enough to post. Best wishes Patrick
Here are most of my MOCs from 2019, and as you can tell, there weren't so many, but I hope the quality was good! And two of my best builds were for a long term project (not my project) so I couldn't put them on the poster, even though they are two of my favorite MOCs from this year, and the biggest ones. Besides Entering Aquila, of course, which is my biggest build to date and so it gets a huge spot on this poster! Best wishes for 2020! It's amazing to be entering another decade!
A section where all artist are welcome, called "Freak Alley" in downtown Boise, Idaho. There is no better place to live then the Treasure Valley!
I wanted to show off the color depth and detail of the wall art so using my Nikon D810 36mp camera body and a 24mm prime lens was key.
In the editing process I used several different techniques to show off the colors and to bring the walls to life. Lighting is a key element.

Yes,it DOES look like a 3/4 sized F-150, which MIGHT be its' downfall......... I THINK BUYERS were looking for IDENITY here.
‘What AI unit would you like for his rover? This one?’
‘No, not the HAL 9000, that more something for a big interplanetary space ship… Get the Cozmo unit, that will do fine for this tiny rover.’
‘Which one is the Cozmo unit?’
‘Those little blue eyes…’
==================
I also bought set 60228, the mission control with a capsule-rocket. That set came with 2 (!) rovers. This little rover came is one of them.
It is more like a robot-conversion kit than a little rover, I think.
The robot unit (head and arms) can probably be equipped with rockets for space work, and with legs for casual walking work when stairs are to be expected.
I like the tiny caster wheels, although I wished there was a way for them to actually roll. And I wish I had seem these earlier (more on that later this month).
This one reminds me a bit like a robo-dog I experimented with 2 years ago (see below).
