2日目、午後から晴れ間が見えてきました。
これほど嬉しいことはありません。
行き慣れた場所でしたので、登山講習会のメンバーと別れて、もう一泊です。
自分が行ける場所のみカメラを持って動き回ります。
I am climbing a mountain and there is nothing pleasing that the sky clears up. On the second afternoon, blue sky was sometimes visible from the clouds.

Het water in de Eems in Meppen is erg gestegen. De camping zal de eerste tijd niet gebuikt kunnen worden....
my favourite garden flower which refuses to thrive in my yard. This one was seen in Point Roberts Washington where they grow happily in many gardens and I always enjoy visiting them but not yet ... border still closed, the residents must be going squirrelly, I'm crossing my fingers that this will be over soon.
Dotterel - Charadrius morinellus
For the late May Bank Holiday I visited the Scottish Highlands and although a lot the trip was shrouded in stubborn fog, there can be few areas of Britain as spectacular as the Cairngorms, and when the fog did clear I managed to connect with most of the target birds including this male Dotterel on the Cairngorm plateau - only the second time I have managed to see one in the highlands despite many visits.
During the 6 days, other special birds I was able to photograph included Black-throated Diver, a Black Grouse lek and probably my best shots of Slavonian Grebe to date.
