The sun sets on the AEM-7. These were referred to as "Toasters", and while the the most attractive engine ever, they were workhorses along the Corridor for quite some time. A keen eye may notice a bit of a stopped SEPTA train was removed using generative AI in Photoshop.

Day #2 of our first weekend this year at RenFest! Boot-lacing lessons
Live a day in the 16th Century at the Annual Florida Renaissance Festival, coming to Quiet Waters Park, Over 100 Artisans selling their wares, Over 100 Performers to entertain, Kid's Kingdom, Entertainment and Food and Drynk fit for a King! It's a Fun Family Event for All Ages!
A Renaissance fair, Renaissance faire, or Renaissance festival is an outdoor weekend gathering, usually held in the United States, open to the public and typically commercial in nature, which purportedly recreates a historical setting for the amusement of its guests. Some are permanent theme parks, while others are short-term events in a fairground, winery, or other large public or private spaces. Renaissance fairs generally include an abundance of costumed entertainers or fair-goers, musical and theatrical acts, art and handicrafts for sale, and festival food.
In a modern Renaissance festival there are stages or performance areas set up for scheduled shows, such as plays in Shakespearean or commedia dell'arte tradition, as well as anachronistic audience participation comedy routines. Other performances include dancers, magicians, musicians, jugglers, and singers. Between the stages the streets ("lanes") are lined with stores ("shoppes") and stalls where independent vendors sell medieval and Renaissance themed handcrafts, clothing, books, and artworks. There are food and beverage vendors, as well as game and ride areas. Games include basic skills events such as archery or axe-throwing as well as Drench-a-Wench and Soak-a-Bloke, which allow a player with a good aim to hit a target and get a fair employee wet. Rides are typically not machine powered; various animal rides and human-powered swings are common. Live animal displays and falconry exhibitions are also commonplace. Larger Renaissance fairs will often include a joust as a main attraction.
No, this is not a set from a Harry Potter movie! This is the interior of the Grade I listed Roman Catholic Church of St. Giles, in Cheadle, Staffordshire. Commissioned by the Earl of Shrewsbury (who lived at Alton Towers before they installed the roller-coasters!) and designed and built Augustus Welby Northmore Pugin (who also designed the interiors of the Palace of Westminster) between 1840 and 1844.
Not much point in me going into any more detail. Just Google the Church and Pugin. Both make extraordinary reading!
MUST BE VIEWED AT ORIGINAL SIZE, JUST TO APPRECIATE THE DETAIL!

Turned out to be a concert better than I thought it might be.
Barry Manilow announced that he is going to "hit the road" ONE LAST TIME! In Sunrise, Florida during his last tour -- featuring a backing band of 13 musicians and singers, plus all the show-stopping hits. Manilow's storied career includes over 50 Top 40 hits, Grammy, Tony and Emmy Awards, a seven-year run on the Vegas Strip and an induction into the Songwriters Hall of Fame. From "Mandy," "I Write the Songs" and "Can't Smile Without You" to the classic "Copacabana (At the Copa)" and beyond, Manilow will belt out his legendary hits during an unforgettable night at the BB&T Center.
We were on the fence about seeing this concert, but bought tickets through Goldstar and were happy we did.
Goldstar, Unlike so many ticket sellers online, are not brokers. They work directly with 4,000 venue partners to connect them with our huge and growing Goldstar audience. Not every show sells out, so instead of letting seats go empty, venues list them with us to sell to our members.

A Renaissance fair, Renaissance faire, or Renaissance festival is an outdoor weekend gathering, usually held in the United States, open to the public and typically commercial in nature, which purportedly recreates a historical setting for the amusement of its guests. Some are permanent theme parks, while others are short-term events in a fairground, winery, or other large public or private spaces.[1] Renaissance fairs generally include an abundance of costumed entertainers or fair-goers, musical and theatrical acts, art and handicrafts for sale, and festival food.

Day Number 3 of our first weekend this year at RenFest!
We started the cloudy President's Day in Renaissance garb; but ended the day in newly bought kilts!!
