This happened during a morning stroll in Denver, it was pretty chilly. This was the last day of my Samsung whistle stop tour of Las Vegas, Fire Valley, Aspen and Denver. It's was a blast, met some groovy new people but great to be back with my ladies. Still got loads of images to post from this trip.
Quite proud of myself as this is the only selfie I have posted from my travels so far.

Huge antenna that is barely visible to the naked eye, I only saw it once it started to get dark as you could just about see the red lights. This was shot with a 200mm (roughly 300mm full frame equivalent) so it miles away. Apparently it's to enable radio communication in the Grand Canyon.

Sunset in Fire Valley (shame there was no clouds). Shot with a Samsung NX30 and a Triggertrap. The frames where triggered with TriggerTrap the smartphone time-lapse app that works with a range of different cameras. Triggertrap is really simple but there is a whole range of settings to tweak so you can get super creative.
Sunrise over Las Vegas from the Venetian Hotel looking east. Shot with a Samsung NX30 with the frames being triggered by TriggerTrap for the iPhone / Android. Bit tricky this one as I had to work hard to eliminate the reflections in the window. I long for a hotel room with openable windows!

We got up at 5am to shot the sunrise in an Aspen (Colorado) valley. Originally we were meant to go to a lake but the road leading to was blocked by snow. This was the second option and unfortunately we did not get to see the sunrise over the mountain. Very cold but worth it. Shot with a Samsung NX30 and the frames where triggered with a TriggerTrap the smart phone time-lapse app that works with a range of different cameras. Tirggertap is really simple but there is a whole range of settings to tweak so you can get super creative with time-lapses and other ways of triggering a camera.
