It has become my tradition this time of year to "look back" over the last 11 months and choose images from each that I didn't get around to posting for some reason or another.
This was taken at Memorial Park in the southeast side of Wausau, Wisconsin on a foggy Sunday morning in November.

In Testelt heb ik effectief al een paar uurtjes van mijn leven versleten. Een straf vind ik dat zeker en vast niet ;-)
Waar nu Traxxen de dienst uitmaken (en binnenkort hoop ik hier ook wel eens een Vectron vast te leggen), was het in 2008 nog een pak afwisselender. Zo kwam ik daar meermaals één van mijn favoriete locs tegen, namelijk de reeks 20.
Deze stoere zesassers waren hier nog veelvuldig te zien met goederentreinen van en naar Montzen.
Zo ook op de eerder grijze morgen van 29 juli 2008, toen ik hier samen met Wouter de 2014 kon vastleggen met een lege autotrein richting Duitse grens.

Testelt has alwats been a good location to spot some trains. Nowadays one can see here most of the times Traxx locomotives with freight trains, back in 2008 there was a lot more of diversity. One of the locos one could see frequently at that time, were those of class 20 - one of my all time favourites.
On the 29th of July my brother and I spent another day in the valley of the Demer. In the rather grey morning we've got amongst other this 2014 before a freight train in direction of Montzen.
