Italien, In Malcesine(TN) am Gardasee - Auf dem Monte Baldo (1760m)
Die Luftseilbahn Funivia Malcesine-Monte Baldo führt von Malcesine in zwei Teilstücken zur Bergstation Tratto Spino auf 1760 m s.l.m.. Sie bedient im Winter das angeschlossene Skigebiet und wird im Sommer von Wanderern und Radfahrern genutzt, die hier verschiedene Schotterpisten als Downhillstrecken nutzen. Auch als Startplatz für Gleitschirmflieger ist der Monte Baldo auf Grund seiner leichten Erreichbarkeit über die Seilbahn und der enormen Höhendifferenz (1680 m) zum Landeplatz in Malcesine äußerst beliebt.

Nicht umsonst nennt man sie auch Kobolde des Waldes. Wenn man sie sich so anschaut, kann man es ihnen auch nicht übel nehmen, wenn sie Meisen und Goldhähnchen jagen.
Vor gut einem Jahr hatte man bei Lokomotion ganz offenbar die Idee, einen von Railpool angemieteten Vectron (6193 146-8) mit einer besonderen Folie zu bekleben. So entstand die gerade in den letzten Tagen häufig fotografierte Weihnachtslok von Lokomotion. Neben klassischen weihnachtlichen Motiven sind auch die für das Unternehmen stehenden Zebrastreifen dezent im Hintergrund dargestellt. Zudem wird die Kutsche des Weihnachtsmanns von galoppierenden Zebras gezogen – eine sehr gelungene Gesamtkomposition. Im vorliegenden Bild eilt das „Weihnachts-Zebra“ mit dem sog. Ambrogio-KLV aus aus Neuss nach Domegliara-S. Ambrogio den Inn entlang und wird in wenigen Minuten Kufstein erreichen.
About a year ago, it seems that the folks at Lokomotion had the idea to wrap a Vectron (6193 146-8) leased from Railpool with a special advertising wrap. This resulted in the now frequently photographed Christmas locomotive from Lokomotion, which has been spotted a lot in recent days. Alongside traditional Christmas motifs, the company’s signature zebra stripes are subtly featured in the background. Additionally, Santa's sleigh is being pulled by galloping zebras — a very well-executed overall composition. In the picture, the "Christmas Zebra" is rushing with the so-called Ambrogio-KLV from Neuss to Domegliara-S. Ambrogio along the Inn River and will reach Kufstein in just a few minutes.

La iglesia se construyó entre 1891 y 1895 de acuerdo a los planos de Franz Schwechten, con un estilo arquitectónico neorrománico según el modelo de diversas iglesias románicas de Renania, y en especial de la catedral de Bonn, de estilo románico tardío, y situada en Bonn. El edificio original causaba gran impresión por sus cinco torres. La torre principal alcanzaba los 113 metros, siendo la más alta de la ciudad. En su interior, mosaicos de gran valor recordaban la vida y hazañas del emperador Guillermo I.
Derruida durante la II Guerra Mundial, se pensó construir dentro de las ruinas de la iglesia demolida por los bombardeos una iglesia de cristal. Pero tras un concurso, se eligió la idea del arquitecto Egon Eiermann, quien propuso un compendio entre la ruina y una construcción moderna. Se mantuvo así la ruina de la torre, de una altura de 71 metros, asegurada arquitectónicamente, como monumento conmemorativo contra la guerra, rodeada por un conjunto de cuatro partes que se construyeron entre 1951 y 1961. La parte moderna de la Iglesia, por su singular forma y la de la torre se denomina, cada una de sus partes, "la polvera" y "el lápiz de labios".
Las paredes de las nuevas salas de la iglesia se caracterizan por tener más de 20.000 cristales coloreados que sumergen el interior en una luz azulada. Aparte de ello, la construcción de doble pared aísla el interior del ruido del tráfico de las cercanías. (Wikipedia)
[16-04-2017] Voor vandaag had ik een dagkaart van Justin overgekocht, en ben ik samen met hem naar de Betuweroute gegaan. Hier hebben we een uur gestaan, en er kwam voor een paasdag nog best wel wat langs. Hierna maakten we het plan om even over de grens te gaan, om te kijken of we nog meer geluk hadden met goederen. We hebben ruim twee uur in Empel-Rees gestaan, maar het enige wat voorbij kwam was een DBC keteltrein, vlak voor ik weg ging. Toch hebben we ons wel vermaakt met de Flirts. In Utrecht kwam ik toevallig de 8637 tegen, welke afgerangeerd werd. Heb ik daar toch ook weer een plaatje van.

During fishing moratorium and the typhoon weather, Aberdeen Typhoon Shelters are the parking spot for fishing vessels owned by local fishermen.
Aberdeen Centre is a well-known private housing estate located in Aberdeen town, owned by Hutchison Whampoa Limited company. The twenty buildings (blocks), providing 2,788 private apartments, have been the accommodations where mainly Hong Kong middle-class families lived in for more than thirty years.
Aberdeen is famous to not only tourists but also Hong Kong locals for its floating village and floating seafood restaurants located in the Aberdeen Harbour. The Tanka people, who used to live on boats in the Aberdeen Harbour are generally associated with the fishing industry, and there are still several dozens of them living on boats in the harbour. The Rainbow Bridge, a 167m bridge that connects Neihu and Songshan districts was opened yesterday, as the Taipei City Government expected the bridge to facilitate local foot traffic and serve as an attraction as well.
As the only bridge in the city designed specifically for pedestrians, the S-shape structure cost the city government NT$120 million (US$3.6 million) and took two years to construct.
The bridge shortens the walking distance from Neihu's Hsin-ming Road to Songshan Railway Station and nearby Raohe Night Market from 30 minutes to 10 minutes, the city government said.

兼具交通及觀光功能的彩虹橋，斥資一億二千萬元打造，全長約一百六十七公尺，只提供行人與腳踏車通行，開通後，大大縮短內湖與松山兩地步行距離，河岸入口緊鄰著名的松山慈祐宮及饒河街夜市，配合北台灣藍色公路，北市府還有意重建碼頭，未來遊客可搭乘小船，欣賞麥帥一、二橋的光雕夜景。

En France, l'aviation légère de l'Armée de terre (ALAT) est historiquement issue de l'artillerie dont elle était en 1952 les moyens d'aviation sous le nom d'ALOA : « aviation légère d'observation d'artillerie ». L'ALAT devient une arme distincte de l'artillerie en 20033. Elle fait partie de l'Armée de terre.
Elle utilise principalement des hélicoptères, dont les différents rôles sont l'éclairage des forces au sol (chars et infanterie), le repérage de cibles pour l'artillerie, le combat contre les éclaireurs adverses, le combat (par exemple antichar), le ravitaillement, ainsi que la dépose et la récupération de soldats en zone ennemie. Elle sert principalement à l'appui des troupes au sol. Elle regroupe environ 70% des hélicoptères de l'Armée française.

I became a member of Sagamihara Green Tennis Club. There are many strong tennis players who have Japan Official Players (JOP) ranking. I lost my JOP ranking point about 2 years ago, but now I'm trying to come back!
This tennis club has a web camera, and you can see my play every Sunday morning (maybe 9:00am - 12:00 JST). I usually play No.1 or No.2 clay court.
