Visual acuity is the ability to see the details of an object separately and unblurred. Acuity is measured in "cycles per degree", which means how many lines you can distinguish as being separate in a degree of the visual field. Humans see 30 cycles per degree, dogs 12 and cats 6. Acuity in dogs is 0.4 times that of people and twice that of cats. Acuity in cats is 0.2 times that of people and 0.5 times that of dogs. If normal human vision is 20/20, then that of the dog between 20/50 to 20/100 and that of the cat is 20/100. However, it is difficult to measure acuity in animals so studies have often shown wide variations in results.

Tells Me: When the event is bullish, we may be facing higher prices as the price has risen out of oversold (%K crossed below 20 then rose again) and starting to trade higher up in the recent 14-bar high-to-low range (%K crossed above %D). The opposite is true for bearish events, where the price has fallen out of overbought and starting to trade lower in the recent high-to-low range. Stochastics is built on the premise that as prices increase, "close" prices tend to be closer to the upper end of the recent price range, and vice versa. The raw %K number looks at the most recent "close" price as a percentage of the high-to-low price range over a specified period of time (14 bars) but in Slow Stochastics %K is actually a 3-bar moving average of the raw %K to make it a bit less reactive to the latest price. When %K is high, it's likely we're seeing upward pressure, and vice versa. %D is a 3-bar moving average of %K and is used as a signal line, indicating whether prices are starting to trade lower or higher within the recent high-to-low range. Both lines fluctuate between 0 and 100 with 20 and 80 often used to identify oversold and overbought conditions.

Not wanting to pay £11 for a coach then a further £6.90 (which doesn't really get you much closer), I got the bus from Salisbury to Amesbury (£5.20) then walked the 2 and a bit miles and took some pictures over the fence. Job done!

This is our Merc in Blackpool. I forgot to book an automatic and we felt that driving on the WRONG side of the road and shifting gears might be too much. We asked for an automatic and they bumped us up to a Mercedes sedan for $20. Then they couldn't find that car, so they bumped us up to this E class diesel boat. It was an adventure trying to fit this thing down some of the roads. Surprisingly parking it wasn't bad.

The interior was airbrushed with Humbrol 20, then masked. Other bits and bobs, like the body, were airbrushed with Humbrol 15. This photo shows why I take so many photos - I seem to spot bits I've missed when looking at the photos!

With the half circles formed up I clamped them in place, overlapping the ends protruding from the canopy edges. With a #7 drill I bored thru the pair, then tapped the inner portions 1/4-20, then clearance drilled the outer bits so that they could be bolted in place. I opted for this attachment method as I plan to replace the ends with bits of dragon anatomy eventually

Bezalel made the chestpiece with great skill and care. He made it to match the ephod, using finely woven linen embroidered with gold and with blue, purple, and scarlet thread. 9 He made the chestpiece of a single piece of cloth folded to form a pouch nine inches square. 10 They mounted four rows of gemstones on it. The first row contained a red carnelian, a pale-green peridot, and an emerald. 11 The second row contained a turquoise, a blue lapis lazuli, and a white moonstone. 12 The third row contained an orange jacinth, an agate, and a purple amethyst. 13 The fourth row contained a blue-green beryl, an onyx, and a green jasper. All these stones were set in gold filigree. 14 Each stone represented one of the twelve sons of Israel, and the name of that tribe was engraved on it like a seal.
15 To attach the chestpiece to the ephod, they made braided cords of pure gold thread. 16 They also made two settings of gold filigree and two gold rings and attached them to the top corners of the chestpiece. 17 They tied the two gold cords to the rings on the chestpiece. 18 They tied the other ends of the cords to the gold settings on the shoulder-pieces of the ephod. 19 Then they made two more gold rings and attached them to the inside edges of the chestpiece next to the ephod. 20 Then they made two more gold rings and attached them to the front of the ephod, below the shoulder-pieces, just above the knot where the decorative sash was fastened to the ephod. 21 They attached the bottom rings of the chestpiece to the rings on the ephod with blue cords. In this way, the chestpiece was held securely to the ephod above the decorative sash. All this was done just as the Lord had commanded Moses.

This was an old church now called The Abbey cafe. Had a couple of terrific meals and a decent cappuccino for $20. Then we walked some of the 700 antique stores here!! Bought nothing of course. Saw some great stuffed chooks.
