Well, there was no overall verdict on the choice of scope, so I simply designed a new futuristic RDS. Improvements include a new rail, inverted barrel, recolored and stocked 10-round magazine, recolored rear stock, and extended bolt tab. Please view and comment!

a new version of my collab with FRIKINAWESOME hope you like it!

I've been very keen on designing models of Bulk 2.0 and Stringer 2.0 after the 3.0 versions were revealed. The latest LEGO Digital Designer update gave me the opportunity to help visualize the ideas floating around in my head.

The actual model would need a custom helmet accessory, most likely (I'd prefer it anyway). His helmet also is in a color that doesn't exist, necessitating paint or custom molding of that part. Other than that, he's completely buildable (at least, once the third wave actually shows up in stores).

He's 31 parts, keeping him at roughly the same budget as the actual second-wave canister sets. I've had more difficulty coming up with a finished concept for Stringer, but hope to have one soon.

Download the model here.

Mule, dear, please correct the color.

Big things are happening next month. Futurism 2.0 is the follow up to the well received Futurism show from last year. This year they're going big. The limited edition book and show catalog are must haves...

This is the mixed use office/retail/residential building at 151 Forest Avenue at High Street, in Palo Alto California.

It's the former location of bob and bob, a well-known and loved Judaica store, which is moving to a new space more suitable for retail.

Socialtext HQ is to at the left of this frame, at 655 High Street. If you look closely, you can see Ross outside on the phone. :-)

for fgr 2.0

After a very busy day of fun kids stuff {because it is summer and the sun decided to shine today} I didn’t get to take all of the photos I had wanted to take. I had mentioned as we walked in the door that I never saw any graffiti to photograph and the next thing I knew my two older kids were at the table drawing me their version of graffiti. They worked hard on it so in tribute to them I put it on a wall for them and added it to my stream.
