It's a genuine Nintendo licenced piece of crap. It's the lil 1up mushroom from the game and it contained Apple Sours. Alyssa dropped them in the sink one day so they are no more. Now I use it to store guitar picks.
Oh yeah, the object it is suspended on is a bubble from a construction level.
