Bokeh test of the Primoplan 1,9 / 75 (Exakta) with Eos 700D on the Christmas Market at Potsdamer Platz in Berlin
Advent, Advent, 1 Lichtlein brennt.... - First Advent Sunday 2006. The moose figures are all from Canada !!!
Every project should start with a good cup of coffee. This coffee shop is called "Breaking Grounds" as it is the first building in Christmas Town. It was "grabbed" by Betsy who also got a packet of M&M's. Because Christmas Town is a progressive little village, Breaking Grounds is open 24 hours a day and has a liquor license. they serve drip coffee for a dollar (once, after that the refills are free and if you are particularly amusing or distracting you may not have to pay that first time). It also serves espresso beverages and for these libations, it charges on a sliding scale. The more pretentious or condescending you are, the more your drink costs. I have seen the same Hazelnut Latte go out the door for three bucks in the hands of a bleary eyed new dad and six fifty in the hands of a perforated hipster who begs for money while leaning against his mother's Volvo station wagon. In the evenings folks go in for booze in their coffee, Kahlua and Irish Cream and etc. but nothing is sold neat: all the liquor goes into the coffee beverages. See a bar is where you pick up the person you might want to date, the coffee house is where you actually talk to them and decide you were wrong. You need booze on both ends of the transaction, but one also requires caffeine for courage.
