3-D Soccer Ball Sculpture
For visitors of St. Thomas heading to 1Password Park this spring, all they’ll have to do is look for the oversized soccer ball sculpture. It is set to be the centrepiece of the new roundabout that will be constructed at the entrance to the park off Burwell Road.
The 3-D sculpture, which is the work of area artist Scott McKay, joins his other creations at the Gateway roundabout in the city’s west end and along the St. Thomas Elevated Park. Cost of his 11.5-foot-high piece is $35,000, which is to be included in the final tab for construction of the city’s newest roundabout.
In case you’re wondering, the ball will weigh about 3,500 pounds.

These are currently the four iPhone screens I have set up. Each screen serves a different purpose (as marked).
Funny to think that the iPod function is on the 3rd page. Even though there are lots of tunes on it, I rarely use it. And you can see in the 3rd screen, the only game I have installed.
I can't stand the new Wikicompanion icon (2nd screen, 2nd row, 1st icon). It looks too much like an address book or dictionary. Every time I go looking for it, I always overlook it. Where is at least the "W" icon?
