425 Tactical Fighter Squadron is an integral part of NORAD and of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). In peacetime, the squadron's fighters provide continuous surveillance of the East Coast of Canada. In addition, it must be ready for rapid deployment anywhere in the world in support of NATO or contingency operations.
Meeting a friend.
After almost a month, I met a good friend of mine, (from the city-Athens) here at the island (Chios). All -windy- afternoon till night, we just talking and drinking coffee. I had the best time and felt so relaxed, simple thinks can make me really happy

A CF-188 "Hornet" from 425 Squadron, 3 Wing Bagotville, Quebec is escorting a CC-150 "Polaris" returning from London UK with veterans from Bomber Command. These veterans were taking part to the dedication of a Memorial in Green park on the 28 June 2012.
