Wanted to take photos of old buildings. Didn’t realise that I covered most of the heritage trail except for this. Find this building unique as well as the houses behind up the slope.

My doggy got spayed today...she hasn't been able to eat all day :( She thewup after waking up from surgery so they don't want her to have anything but water until morning. I feel so bad for her!
It' snowed today as well and I had a doctor's appointment and it was canceled because of 2 inches of snow! Right after they called it stopped snowing and by the time I would have had my appointment, the snow had all melted. I'm pissed. I couldn't come in again until Friday! Grrrr! At least I was able to get back in this week and I don't have to wait.

Morning folks!
Had another slow worky day yesterday but i've practically finished finished my essay so all good! Just got to add a few diagrams and references. Also ran it through a checker and its only 4% 'plagiarised' so all good!
Went food shopping and thats about it tbh!
Hoping to have a more exciting day today, hopefully the weather will be nice and I can get out and take some snaps. Might go down to the sailing club if its not raining.
Snapped yesterdays shot in the morning with the help of Mum. Love Muesli! So yummy so thought a little bit of photography wouldn't hurt!
In the summer I could take food shots in the kitchen handheld at ISO100 but today, middle of winter, ISO400 was needed in the middle of the day and at times that wasn't enough! Looking forward for summer to come back and brighter days!

We went to see Earth to Echo earlier today. It was a really great story, but ugggggh, I needed some Dramamine. Almost all shot from the perspective of a kid's Go Pro sort of camera. I didn't care for that part at all!

A few months back I had the great honor of doing the photography for the "Food & Drink" section of the Isthmus reviewing Cheba Hut, the new sub shop in town. Less then a month earlier I received a coupon for a free sub as well as a free t-shirt from a gentleman who came out to find out why I was taking pictures of the VW Bus parked out front. As it turns out that man was the owner of the shop, and now I am happy to introduce you to him as a member of my 100 more strangers project. A Madison native Richard relocated back to Madison after spending time out west, he fell in love with the Cheba Hut franchise often making frequent trips to dine on the delicious "toasted subs." When Richard decided to move back home, he decided to bring Cheba Hut with him: and opened up shop on the corner of West Gilman and University Avenue. Many different themes decorate the walls both interior as well as the new piece going up on the rear entrance which Richard pointed out to me. This is to help give more of an identity to those who use the back to enter the hut, as there are apartments right next door which are frequently entered as one can not differentiate the two doors. The new mural is still a work in progress but was sprayed on by a local artist (which would be cool if I could get a photo of him for the 100 more strangers project with the finished project). But alas this photo is about Richard, putting in a lot of hours has drained him this holiday weekend but he is planning on taking the day off on Wednesday as it's his birthday. So maybe stop by Cheba Hut before then and wish him a happy early birthday (courtesy the local paparazzi) and be sure to get a fresh munchie!
