The weather forecast was sun, but a Haar and low cloud off the sea kept the day grey.

Day 175
14th April 2011
A Mummy and Chap day, he woke full of life this morning after his mysterious sickness yesterday so we had some nice time this morning playing with jigsaws and his cars whilst we waited in for the plumber to come and fix our shower. We now have a brand spanking new shower! Hooray! As much as I've been enjoying the baths I have missed the shower as we've been without it for a couple of months now!
This afternoon we went to the cinema to see 'Hop'. I have to say it was probably the most excruciating 96 minutes of my life but Chap seemed to enjoy it and was excitedly telling Daddy all about it when he got home from work, so that made it all worth while.
We even managed a short trip to the park this afternoon on his scooter, I took my camera out and had a full hour of panic when it would't work. I was convinced it or my beloved 50mm lens was broken and had to really force myself to not rush home in a panic to work out what was wrong with it! In then end I realised that I'd switched a switch on my fstop ring on the lens and was easily rectified :) *deep breath*
I bought this lovely blossom home from the park and snapped away once I had my camera working again :)
The railway from Chester to Holyhead spends much of the journey hugging the coast, this is a small part of the view at Colwyn Bay, 26 October 2009.

«Today I've been working in the Blog. I've made a backup and updated the Wordpress engine to the latest version, with all the changes that I've to made to leave it working as I want.
But the change it's worth it... And Wordpress has a wonderful updating script, it just works!!!»
