Strobist Info: SB900 from the left and SB800 from the right, both triggered by cactus.
Did not turn out as I wished. The sunset was just too short, or may be I was too slow to get the right picture. Kind of difficult with a dog, the dog doesn´t like modelling, he prefers playing! Guess I have to get a remote control for the camera instead of using the timer.
Thanks for all your comments. Kind of weird that I really was not satisfied about this pic. I guess I don´t look right at it...

Haven't picked up the camera for fun in almost a week. I did have to take several shots for work, but for fun... not so much. Some things just have to give during the World Cup.
Apart from the shots from the pier last weekend, I also have lots shots from the Miss universe contestants shoot. So here's one of the very beautiful Danni. More tomorrow.
Built to a similar looking spec as the thirty that joined Lothian Buses is Dualway Coaches of Rathcoole Wright Eclipse Gemini 3 bodied Volvo B5TL 171-D-41645.
Those two white gateposts will become familiar in future years as 171 pulls out of Laytown with the 12.48 Dundalk - Dublin Connolly. Interesting there is a full brake behind the loco and a heating van at the rear. Did this service convey mails from Dundalk?

In a scene which would be impossible to repeat now, 171 sits in Waterford yard with a train of BELL liners and 4-wheel pallet cement wagons.
Normally, if you entered somewhere like Waterford yard without permission, you would be quickly "Oi'ed" at and shown the door. But this was a Saturday and perhaps things were more relaxed.
