Hi everyone!
Back in Berlin and also back to my Crossfit training and today after the training I had a nice conversation with another of my Crossfit friends, Jenny, she is a very cool girl and today she was doing a great work out, from the beginning till the end just working out hard and without pause, was awesome! and believe me the workout today was not an easy one! we did a workout of 10 rounds, of Thrusters and100 meters run as follows:
1st round 10 Thrusters +100 meters run
2nd round 9 Thrusters + 100 meters run
...
9th round 2 Thrusters + 100 meters run
10th round 1 Thruster + 100 meters run
for a total of 55 Thrusters and 1000 meters run, Jenny completed it all in 10'01'', I think it was a really good time! And well, after the workout we had a nice chat on the way back home and well, she allowed me to make a portrait photo of her for my photo of the day, so Thank you very much Jenny!!!

军舰是真的，只是现在已成了海边的景点装饰品。
总结：
只要背上行囊走出去，我很快就能把烦恼的事通通抛到脑后。只要我还能走，走遍世界始终是我坚持不懈的目标！
上周的日子，自己走了一趟山东，这是我第一次踏足齐鲁大地。说起来，我还真土，周围一圈的朋友、同事、家人都去过。
先说下青岛，三大印象：老房子、新鲜啤酒、大海！
老房子基本集中在海滨一线，从栈桥开始，一路沿着海边走过去，广西路、浙江路、江苏路、太平角、鱼山路。。。八大关。。。我的脚步一路不停，相机也就没闲过。我的惊讶是一拨接一拨，天主教堂、基督教堂、迎宾馆、公主楼。。。还有好多叫不出名字的德式建筑、法式房子。。。路上的一花一草一树一叶，我也基本没有放过！好喜欢、好喜欢。如果我能在青岛有这样的一栋房子。。。哎，美（梦）啊～
什么酒都是越陈越好，除了啤酒跟日本清酒例外。这个概念总算在青岛有所体会。新鲜生啤较为爽口，淡了份苦涩，多了份甘甜。青岛卖的啤酒通常是用铁桶装了，直接由厂家送货到商铺贩卖。水龙头一开，就有冰啤酒，再配上烧烤，正点！提着塑料袋来打酒，我看在别处是见不到的。啤酒不知在何时成了青岛人的饮料，而且是从小就开始喝的饮料。我们在青岛最后一晚，准备跟青岛告别，在大排档坐下来喝生啤，就看到隔壁桌一小男海，大概11、12岁的样子，杯子里的啤酒喝得要比我快多了。而我喝完半杯的啤酒，整个人就开始晕乎乎，很想睡很想睡。我是无任何酒量而言，惭愧惭愧～
青岛的大海还算蓝，周一正好赶上国际帆船比赛，壮观哈，开眼界了。我是旱鸭子，所以我俩在青岛脚都没湿一下。。。想起来，还是有点遗憾的～
烟台（22日下午青岛出发），呆了一天，早上懒在国青，吃过午饭才慢悠悠的出发去芝罘岛转转。从开发区坐28路公汽，北马站下车，过对面转11路车坐到总站就到了，全程2.5元。哈哈，实在方便！ 看完返城去烟台山公园，30元门票，我们也逛了仨小时。其实里面很多东西看，好些个展览，但我都怎么仔细看，倒是知道了张裕葡萄酒是出产治烟台，而且已经有百年历史了。
威海（24日上午烟台出发），我是在青旅舍搭的伴。其实我去的是成山头的天尽头，也就是我们国家陆地的最东边。这个卖点够响亮，不过，我也太冲动了点！根本一点攻略都没做就行动了。路上，只好给小治、FL他们发短信，请他们帮忙在网上帮我查下资料。
中国选美之八大海岸第三名，也不过SoSo，就一虚名。。。那天我的路线是烟台－荣成（2小时）－成山头（1小时45分）－威海（1小时30分）－青岛（4小时50分）。基本时间都耗在车上了，早餐2个梨，晚餐1个桃子，消夜1碗康师傅香葱排骨快食面。
同事MM这一程没跟我耗，还是她聪明，她直接去威海市区。不过据她说，威海的韩国城类似于我们广州的流行前线、状元坊～
我一定要在周四那天赶回青岛最大的原因就是喜欢青岛！那时候，心中唯一的信念就是尽快赶回去！
最后，借用六世达赖仓央嘉措写的这首情诗来表达一下我对青岛的喜爱之情：
压根儿没见最好的，也省得情思萦绕。原来不熟也好，就不会这般神魂颠倒。

Some are going to the afterwork party, others are exploring the periphery by bicycle. I count myself to the latter. Today I explore a place called poll. Poll is near the rhine located at the right side of the rive in the south of the city. I guess there are very different places. They have the nice familiehomes as well as the small and old ones you see in the picture. I must admit that there was nothing really special, but when I passed this humble estate I was affected in a certain way. I was thinking about if the closed roller blinds are a definitely sign that nobody is home. I thought about the rubber boot and where to wear it in a concrete area, and last but not least I thought about the straw hat and the question if it was placed at the door by a women... It's a bit like the shack I visited last week. You can see the surface, but you can't imagine whats behind... I wish you a nice evening, even when it's raining cats and dogs.
