Doctors and medical professionals are an important part of our society. They are usually involved in our treatment when we are sick or injured, and they make diagnoses and treatment plans aimed at returning us to the best of health. Most of them work and care for us in a professional and competent manner. Sometimes, though, these individuals perform their job in a manner below the accepted standard of care. When this happens, serious injury can occur to the patient. Be it a loving grandparent, a caring spouse, or an innocent newborn, the injury can take months or even years before the person is made whole again. Sometimes an injury resulting from the medical malpractice can be permanent; sadly, there are even times when medical malpractice can lead to a wrongful death case.

Medical malpractice occurs when a physician, nurse, hospital or other healthcare provider carelessly and/or intentionally injures a patient. In such an instance, the individual or organization responsible for the injury may be required to provide compensatory damages to the injured person, so that the injured party can return to his or her pre-injury position. Additionally, a court sometimes awards punitive damages to punish the responsible party and deter them from injuring other people in the future.

If you feel you or a loved one has been a victim of medical malpractice, my office can help. The law office of Ward Maedgen, an experienced personal injury medical malpractice attorney in Dallas, Texas has the knowledge and expertise in a wide variety of medical malpractice cases involving such matters as but not limited to:

Anesthesia Errors

Cerebral Palsy

Doctor Malpractice

Dental Malpractice

Hospital Errors

Infant & Birthing Injury

Misdiagnosis

Surgical Errors

Other Medical Injuries

Patients and their families are often reluctant to file a lawsuit against a friendly and caring doctor, even though their doctor failed to diagnose cancer or misdiagnosis of an infection caused the patient's wrongful death, or a medication error caused brain damage. Remember, when you take action against a medical provider, it is typically their insurance policy that pays, not the individual.

In order to bring the best possible results to my clients, I prepare every case for trial. I'll consult with our network of medical experts to help us examine the records and evaluate, document, and present the case. Mr. Maedgen have the trial experience and resources as an experienced medical malpractice attorney to offer an effective representation in the most complex and difficult cases.

I strongly believe that substandard medical care is unacceptable in our society, and that negligent doctors, surgeons, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, clinics, or hospitals may be considered liable for the injuries and should be held accountable. If you or a family member has suffered serious harm as a result of medical malpractice, please contact the law firm of Ward Maedgen today. My office will schedule a FREE CONSULTATION to answer your questions and discuss what my office can do for you. I have the skill, knowledge, and experience to evaluate and handle your medical malpractice claim. I will fight your rights and you will receive the full benefit of my personal injury experience every time. Contact Ward Maedgen today.

From 1965, the E. F. MacDonald Company used the registration N636 for G-159 Gulfstream I c/n 149. Before, Martin 4-0-4 c/n 14135 had worn this reg for the company. In 1978, the registration was again transferred, this time to North American Sabreliner 60 c/n 306-140.

The aircraft was active at least until 2017 but is reported as withdrawn from use on the G-159 Historical Research Museum site (g159hrm.com). The last operator Phoenix Air provided electronic warfare training to the US Navy using two modified Gulfstream I aircraft.

This Valley based Hawk was only two years old when I photographed it at the 1979 'Battle of Britain' show at Abingdon in 1979.

At that time, red and white was the standard training colour scheme in the Royal Air Force, way before the current black was introduced.

The aircraft was written off seconds after a bird strike at Mona, but fortunately the crew ejected.

Looking down towards the junction of Well Lane and Danesgate as they both head off towards Steep Hill.

Well Lane follows the line of a late Roman Street since Medieval times it has been known as Bower Hill, Bowyer Hill and then Browns Grove.

Danesgate was created as part of a change in the street layout in the lower city in the 11th century. Over the years it has been called Dansegate, Danissegate and Daynesgate, Danes Street, Starch Lane, Buttering Lane and Chant Aldenby Lane. In medival times there was a road called Scolegate which turned off to the east and continued onto Monks Road. The name Danesgate was revived in 1830 by the Lighting and Paving Commissioners. The junction with Clasketgate was closed off in October 1982 at the same time as the widening of Flaxengate.

From 1965, the E. F. MacDonald Company re-used the registration N636 for G-159 Gulfstream I c/n 149. In 1978, the registration was again transferred, this time to North American Sabreliner 60 c/n 306-140.

This Martin 404 was delivered new to TWA on 16 July 1952 as N40429. On 12 March 1959 it went to California Airmotive Corp. Between 1960 and 1965 it was used by the E. F. MacDonald Company. Changed to registration N636X in 1965 and used as a bizprop by a series of companies. To Whitesell Construction Corp. April 1973. A BK6182 semi-low-floor rear-engine non-air-conditioning articulated city bus made by Jinghua, Beijing

One of the prior mass-produced 18m rear-engine articulated buses in China, BK6182 and its sibling BK6182B (that carries a different engine) have a significant influence on China's articulated bus's design and manufacture. After their release, a surging number of domestic bus makers shifted their focus from costly, complicated low-floor articulated buses to more affordable semi-low-floor ones. Meanwhile, Beijing also led the trend of using rear-engine articulated buses on lines other than BRT.

Propulsion of BK6182 comes from a 250hp Cummins ISBe250 30 Euro III diesel engine, and is transferred by an Allison T310R 6AT gearbox with integrated retarder. Linking the two sections is a Chinese-made Ikarus hydraulic, electrically-controlled articulation bogie. At all three entrances, the floor is two steps above the ground.

Face design of BK6182(B) is generally a simple copy from MAN Lion's City, but the tail is in an original, quite sleek pattern. All three doors are 1280mm width, allowing rapid passenger flow boarding and alighting. Interior arrangement is a little better than that of the DD6181s, although considerable room is wasted. The biggest problem of BK6182(B) is the very disconcerting quality---undefined assembly, and a high malfunction rate.

Hundreds of people die every year from dangerous consumer products in our home and from dangerous equipment in the work place.

Product Liability deals with recoveries for personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of a product. Product liability cases may involve dangerous toys, automobile design, seat belt failures, improperly designed household products, industrial machinery, products causing explosions or burns, aviation products, medical devices, prescription or over the counter drugs, among others. A lawsuit can be brought against anyone participating in the chain of manufacture for that product, from the manufacturer, to the designer to the retail store. When a company designs and manufactures a product, they have a responsibility to ensure that anyone exercising reasonable care within the expected parameters of usage expected for the product will not be injured. An action can be based on negligence, breach of implied or express warranty, or strict liability, that is why you need to talk to a Dallas products liability attorney to discuss your options.

When you’ve been seriously injured, every area of your life is affected. You may not be able to work, bills may be piling up, your family life may suffer. If you’re seeking a Dallas Defective Products Attorney or a products liability lawyer, you want a law firm such as Ward Maedgen Attorney at Law who will remain dedicated to seeing your case through to a successful resolution, an experienced attorney that understands how to achieve the best outcome in negotiations or in the courtroom.

Over the years, you have heard of many tragic products liability cases, from defective wiring that cause fires, to children’s toys that are choking hazards. The real tragedy of these defective product accidents is that they did not have to happen---simple safety precautions and designs could have prevent them.

In the rush to design, engineer, and manufacture products, inadequate or misleading labels, instructions, or warnings, manufacturers have sometimes allowed defective products into the consumer marketplace. When that happens, accident victims can suffer a wide range of injuries ranging from a loss limb, eye injury, crushed fingers to wrongful death. A defective product can have serious consequences. Victims who suffer from products liability should be compensated for their injuries as well as their pain and suffering.

Ward Maedgen has the experience and knowledge in litigation regarding dangerous and defective products, including in the following categories:

Construction and industrial equipment (from scaffolding to industrial machinery)

Transportation equipment (from air bags to aviation parts)

Sports and recreation equipment (from treadmills to motorcycles)

Household products (from smoke detectors to food packaging)

Medical equipment (including surgical devices)

Protective barriers on public roadways

If you or a family member has suffered a personal injury as the result of someone else's negligence, please contact the law firm of Ward Maedgen today. My office will schedule a FREE CONSULTATION to answer your questions and discuss what my office can do for you. I have the skill, knowledge, and experience to evaluate and handle your personal injury claim.
