I'm at our Departmental Retreat right now. We're at a ski resort (sans snow). I'm really having a good time. Its mainly seminars and talks and then mingling over meals. All the Grad students are here, so there may be some fun tonight.
I love how sometimes the lights catch the drops an then light up on the leaves.
The Marino Port - Shelton Abbey tank trains used to run with a consist of around five or six white tanks with a red stripe, and a match wagon on each end.
They used to carry anhydrous ammonia from Marino Point near Cork, to Shelton Abbey near Arklow.
The ammonia was used at Arklow to make fertilizer.
On 11.04.1997 a northbound loaded train hauled by 131+135 swops over traincrew with a southbound empty train hauled by 232 at Portarlington.

Grimeton is close to the Swedish city of Varberg and ca. 7 km from the west coast. The radio station was built in the 1920s and became known because of a special radio transmitter, which allowed transatlantic transmissions and is still preserved today. During WW II it was an important radio communication device to the U.S.A. since cable communications were interrupted. The station was declared an UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2004.
Taken on Ilford FP4+ pushed to ISO 200.
