Just past Silverton, I rounded a hairpin curve in U.S. 550 just in time to see the sunset catch the (appropriately-named) Twilight Peak, a 13er in the San Juan NF. This is a 1-second tripod shot, which I converted into an HDR image in order to bring out the foreground without blowing out the highlights on the mountain.
