56103 passes South Marston working 5Z20 Bristol Barton Hill to Wembley taking 12617 and 12618 back to Wembley for Chiltern loco hauled use. It later returned with 12615 and 12616 for maintenance at Barton Hill.

Tonight is this year's peak for the Perseid Meteor Shower, so try to get out if you can! Shot Notes: This one was is a composite taken from over 257 consecutive 25 second exposures at f/3.2, 3200 ISO over the night of Friday, Aug 5th out at the Pawnee National Grasslands in northeastern Colorado. You can see four or maybe five meteors and fair bit of light pollution as well (the red glow in the sky).

Vandaag reed de jaarlijkse Tweakers Express weer naar de Gamescom in Köln. Vanwege werkzaamheden bij Eindhoven werd de trein dit keer vanaf Den Bosch via Nijmegen naar Venlo omgeleid. Aangezien er op de Maaslijn iets essentieels ontbreekt werd de trein vanaf Havana aan de Waal getrokken door IRP-loc 2101 en passeert dan ook met deze tractie Vierlingsbeek.
De trein bestaat verder uit:

Former Ro Grande tunnelmotor number 5413 drags westbound train 213 through Bolivar, Ohio, on the snowy morning of January 26th, 2015. Many of the executives at the W&LE had worked on the Rio Grande several years ago, hence why this unit (and a sibling, the 5391) still wears this scheme.

First time ever Erode (ED) shed doing the promotions of a movie. Produced by Raaj Kamal Films International, Kamal Haasan as "VIKRAM" releasing worldwide on 3 June, 2022. That's all the locomotive says!
Spray painted Erode (ED) WAP-7 30801 with VIKRAM film's promotion hauling the legendary 12615/Chennai Central ⇌ New Delhi Grand Trunk (GT) Express towards Chandrapur (CD) for the next halt. 😀
Well, the movie is Tamil language based but this loco mostly doing the promotions in Hindi realms. In first ride went to Rajasthan & returned, now hauling GT to National Capital.
