In de nacht van 12 op 13 februari 2005 werd er door museumloc 1501 een slooptransport gereden van Kijfhoek naar Maastricht: de oranje V60 plukloc 6001 van ACTS en elocs 1224-1208. Op 15 februari staan de locs nog te wachten op verder transport naar de sloper in de Maastrichtse Beatrixhaven.
Tijdens een rondrit per trein door Nederland werd behalve overdag, 's avonds als het donker was soms ook nog treinen op de foto gezet. Tilburg was één van de locaties waar eens avondopnames zijn gemaakt. Met een buurlandtrein naar Keulen bestaande uit NS en DB rijtuigen, werd locomotief 1208 van de NS opgenomen in het station van Tilburg.

I had about half an hour to consider this dragonfly as it slowly warmed up in the early morning. My usual inclination is to photograph its head, and I did this. Only as an afterthought did I begin to consider its other features, and this led to an almost abstract view of the wings and lower body, all bejeweled by tiny dewdrops. Grasslands National Park, Saskatchewan.

In the early afternoon hours NS 1208 with cars loaded with sugar beets from the area around the loading facility, is ready for departure to a sugar beet processing plant in Roosendaal.
