The Piccadilly is the first condo to be built here at the western edge of Hintonburg. A year ago this was Richmond Road but now West Wellington Street has been extended for two blocks west. This is the same Wellington Street that runs in front of the Parliament Hill area — but — you can't get there from here. When the Lebreton Flats area was demolished, almost a mile of Wellington Street simply disappeared. Tourists arriving by car from the West are still confused almost 45 years after the changes were implemented. More and more improvements of this area, which is at the top of Carleton Avenue are planned over the next 5-10 years.
