Glasgow Citybus AD E20D/Enviro 200 SN17 MUO tries to get back into the Maryhill Road traffic as it heads out to Duntocher on the 17 route.
SN17 MUO was new to Borders Buses fleet in 2017 and cascaded within WCM to their Citybus operation in 2018 along with a few of its 2017 Enviro 200 sisters.

SN17MUO is an ADL Enviro E20D B39F new as Borders Buses number 11713 in March 2017. It was subsequently transferred to Glasgow Citybus, and has received a repaint although no fleet names have yet been applied.
Borders Buses Enviro 200 11713 (SN17MUO) works a 72 service towards Selkirk, seen in Tweedbank. Taken on 12th April 2018 while on my Scottish Holiday.

When SN17MUO first appeared at Glasgow Citybus, it was put into service with its Borders Buses logos still evident for a few weeks, however, the logos have since been removed and the bus would now appear to be in a transitional period in anticipation of getting repainted into Glasgow Citybus livery. Here we have it navigating its way around the residential streets of Meadowburn in Bishopbriggs on the local part-tendered 142 service.
Forged iron wire. I'm sure I don't have to tell you all how tedious this was to make. About 1 1/2" at the widest point.

Fairline Coaches of Glasgow have a contract with First Glasgow to provide extra capacity at school times between Clydebank and Bowling. Six buses are normally used each school-day, and are drafted in from Borders Buses (4) and Glasgow Citybus (2). Low floor buses are specified and have to be wheelchair friendly. The service is numbered S1, and is operated through First Transport Solutions.
Number 11713 is seen just after fuelling and washing on a cold night in torrential rain.
