Mit Postzug war die Re 4/4 420 232 ab Herkingen unterwegs und konnte bei Niederbipp mit perfekter Länge abgelichtet werden.
Krátce před druhou hodinou odpolední slunce konečně zvítězilo v boji s hustou mlhou na břehu Neuchâtelského jezera a v místech traťové přeložky v úseku Vaumarcus - Concise, vybudované na přelomu tisíciletí, vytvořilo ideální jarní kulisu při průjezdu vlaku CEx 50856 [Biel Produktionsanlage - Vufflens-la-Ville] v čele s lokomotivou Re 4/4 II původního čísla 11232. Zátěž vlaku tvoří potravinové zboží v chladících kontejnerech, které směřuje do distribučního centra Coop ve Vufflens-la-Ville a dále bude expedováno silniční dopravou přímo do supermarketů v kantonu Vaud. I takové přepravy jsou dodnes ve Švýcarsku zcela běžné, železnice zde tvoří skutečnou páteř státu a po kolejích je kromě potravin ve velkém měřítku přepravována například také pošta a mnoho dalších přepravních artiklů, které z naší železnice dnes už téměř zmizely.

The chestnuts are the deciduous trees and shrubs in the genus Castanea, in the beech family Fagaceae. The name also refers to the edible nuts they produce. They are native to temperate regions of the Northern Hemisphere.

Pura Besakih is a temple (pura) complex in the village of Besakih on the slopes of Mount Agung in eastern Bali, Indonesia. It is the most important, the largest and holiest temple of Hindu religion in Bali, and one of a series of Balinese temples. Perched nearly 1000 meters up the side of Gunung Agung, it is an extensive complex of 23 separate but related temples with the largest and most important being Pura Penataran Agung. The temple is built on six levels, terraced up the slope. The entrance is marked by a candi bentar (split gateway), and beyond it the Kori Agung is the gateway to the second courtyard

Many visitors to New York City would have passed by or even checked out one of the several Tiffany & Co. jewellery/ jewelry stores around town. Perhaps not nearly as many people have gone to the New York Historical Society (a museum) to look at the Tiffany lamp collection, and I'm sure many fewer people made the trip to Brooklyn's Green-Wood Cemetery to look for Louis Comfort Tiffany's grave.
Louis Comfort Tiffany was an American artist and designer who worked in the decorative arts and is best known for his work in stained glass. His father Charles Lewis Tiffany, founder of Tiffany & Co. was also buried here (see the tombstone behind).
Green-Wood Cemetery (founded 1838) is both a Revolutionary War historic site (the Battle of Long Island was fought in 1776 across what is now its grounds) and a National Historic Site for the many important people buried here. The 478-acre site sits on a beautiful hilly parkland with several ponds.
