Vor einem Postwagen stand am 07.06.1985 die 110 291-2 im Hauptbahnhof Nürnberg. An dem Waggon war das Signal Fz 2 – Gelbe Fahne angebracht und wies darauf hin, dass sich Personen darin befanden. Rangiervorgänge waren mit besonderer Vorsicht durchzuführen damit die Postler nicht durcheinander kugelten. 😉 Die schöne Stuttgarterin 110 291-2 wurde am 23.04.1964 von der DB abgenommen und im Bw Dotmund beheimatet. 1977 wechselte sie zum Bw Hamburg-Eidelstedt und final schließlich 1983 nach Stuttgart. Das Kobaltlbau läßt die Lok sehr elegant aussehen. 2006 schließlich wurde sie ausgemustert und recycelt.

Einen Lr aus Rüdesheim hatte die 110 491 durch das Rheintal zu bespannen und konnte vor Kaub notgeschlachtet werden.

stop & stare................
When I lived in LA I had the pleasure of attending a party at the Playboy mansion! It was epic. very outdated and very much stuck in the 70's, but other than that it was everything I expected! At one point my friend and I were wandering around the game room when this guy Tim started up a conversation about playing the piano (we were trying to sound musically talented on Hef's old piano) Anyways, as it turns out he is one of the original members of One Republic and the sole person behind their hit Stop and Stare. He said the song came to him while he was stuck in bumper to bumper traffic on the 405! So the next time you hear that song listen to the words and you may just feel like your stopped on the 405 and stuck in a stare:)
