Siamo alle solite..il cane anziano diventa un problema e anzichè comprenderlo meglio disfarsene!
E' quello che sta capitando PURTROPPO anche a Rino, meticcio maschio di 12 anni taglia media, 12 anni vissuti in appartamento ma ora, il cane disturba se rimane solo e quindi per lui non c'è più posto...
Non so nemmeno come fare per chiedere aiuto, per impedire che questo patatone finisca in canile, sembra che più passa il tempo più la gente non abbia nè pazienza nè comprensione per un cane malato o anziano, e mi viene spontaneo chiedere se lo stesso trattamente sarebbe riservato se fosse un componente umano, e non un animale, ad invecchiare o ad ammalarsi...
ma non c'è tempo per avere delle risposte, non cambierebbe comunque il destino di Rino...

The style and quality of this manuscript's decoration is typical of deluxe Parisian books made for aristocratic or royal patrons. Most of the book's decoration appears to be the work of the Master of the Boqueteaux, an artist active at the court of King Charles V (died 1380). His style was apparently shared by a number of book illuminators working in and around Paris. It is very possible that the <em>Gotha Missal</em> belonged to Charles V, but is not provable because the manuscript has no royal portraits and lacks a colophon. Given the book's magnificent decoration, however, it would seem that it was produced for a Valois prince, if not for the king himself. The manuscript receives its name from the German dukes of Gotha, its later owners.

We are having a great time without Pincushions with Pluck! Each are individually made, named, and tagged.
A few pictures of Station 10 while I was on OT on 2 Unit. Station 10 was built in 2008, that replaced the previous station built in 1869 and located right next door. Station 10 covers the cities oldest neighborhood, Franklinton, also know as “The Bottoms.” Lots of old photos along the walls if 10s. The outside of the firehouse mimic's its predecessor.
Station 10 is known as the “River Rats.” The nickname comes after the 1913 blood pushed all the rats out of the sewer system and into the old firehouse.
The firehouse is named after Firefighter Maurice Gates, who was assigned here and died in the line of duty on September 15 1982 during a 2nd alarm warehouse fire at 144 S Glenwood Ave. A memorial sits out on the southwest side of the station honoring FF Gates.
Station 10 is located in Battalion 5 and Houses Engine and Ladder 10, along with Medic 10, Medic 890, and Boat 10.
