This photo satisfies requirement 1. It was shot in Gas Work Park around sunset. The effect of the "golden hour" is not so obvious probably because there wasn't much cloud in the sky. It was shot in the shutter priority mode with a small aperture to keep everything in focus, and the lens was zoomed in to get rid of all the people in the picture. The s-curve leads to the buildings on the other side of the sea. The photo was post processed in the Photoshop to have the sky more saturated.
