I accomplished what I set out to do today, sort of. The tree came down and all the laundry got folded. I was looking forward to date tonight, but when the time came, I wasn't feeling up to it. The icky weather made me want to stay in. It was one of those days where I stayed in my pj's all day, took a bath, then put on a fresh set. Oh well, there will be other date nights.
Gas Station on N Market St, E side, just before the RR tracks. NE corner of Market and Spruce St, owned and operated by George Heidig. By the late 1920s, Harry Coryell (Gov Snyder Mansion) was the owner of Public Service Station #1. In more recent years, the ice cream stand, 'What's Shakin' operated from this location.
