Milazzo est une ville de la province italienne de Messine, sur la côte nord-est de la Sicile. La ville est située sur un promontoire saillant entre deux baies, la baie de Milazzo à l'est et la baie de Patti à l'ouest, ce qui lui confère une position stratégique.Ville grecque à l'origine, devenue une cité romaine en 36 av. J.-C., Milazzo estexcellent point de départ pour les îles Éoliennes.(c'est notre ville étape pour aller à Vulcano....) et pour rayonner sur la presqu'ile ou Cap Milazzo.
Au retour de celui ci puise Tindari , nous rentrons à Milazzo...mais auparavant un petit tour à la Citadelle
En haut du bourg, il y eut les acropoles grecques, puis des fortifications arabes auxquelles s'ajoutèrent d'autres remparts : un rempart espagnol, puis un rempart aragonais avec cinq tours en tronc de cône. À l'intérieur, se dresse le château. C'est dans la grande salle aux cinq travées que le Parlement sicilien s'est réuni en 1295. Des remparts qui donnent sur la mer,procurent une belle vue ( photos à suivre.) sur les îles Éoliennes. et la ville

Job 01 heads across the Wisconsin River Bridge in Wausau on 1-6-86. Out of sight and to the right is the former C&NW depot, which was the location for the Wausau Insurance ads. The image of the depot used was the former Milwaukee Road depot located a couple miles to east, but the location of the view was C&NW depot.
