El Boeing C-17 Globemaster III es un avión de transporte militar pesado de largo alcance desarrollado por McDonnell Douglas4 entre las décadas de 1980 y 1990 para la Fuerza Aérea de Estados Unidos (USAF), siendo actualmente fabricado por Boeing Integrated Defense Systems debido a la fusión de las dos empresas. El C-17 Globemaster III es usado como avión de transporte estratégico rápido de tropas y suministros para realizar misiones de transporte táctico, evacuación médica, despliegue de tropas aerotransportadas y lanzamiento de paracaidistas.5 Tiene la capacidad de proveer de manera continua suministros tanto a bases operativas como a potenciales batallas. La aeronave lleva el nombre que llevaron con anterioridad otros dos aviones de transporte militar estadounidenses, el C-74 Globemaster y el C-124 Globemaster II, aunque no guarda relación alguna con ellos.

Kras Air Tupolev Tu-154M RA-85702 is climbing into a surrealistic sky. This was meant to be a kind of artwork as I like the silhouette of the 154 so much.

In January 1997 it was first seen with Kras Air (RA-85702). From 08.10.96 to 01.10.97 and from 14.02.99 to 15.08.99 it was used by Aviacon Zitotrans. On 27.10.03 it was again transferred to Iran Air Tours (EP-MBV) and came back to Kras Air on 01.07.04.

Kras Air Tupolev Tu-154M RA-85702 is lining up on runway 25R. She is very far away and sadly took the wrong runway. I would have loved to see her departing from 25L.
