GLASS
I am a great fan of anything made out of Glass. Stained glass, Art or Studio glass pieces and etc. When I’m south of the Thames I always visit Peter Layton Glass in Bermondsey for a treat. The last visit was no exception, brilliant abstract glass. These are just few of the items I was able to photograph (with permission). Wish I could afford them now.

Most of my pictures are taken in and around the city of Molde in Romsdal. The city is located along the Moldefjorden and the river Molde, in western Norway. The city is the largest urban and commercial centre of the Romsdal region as well as the administrative centre of Molde Municipality and of Møre og Romsdal county.
A 10-minute drive from the city center, or a 1-hour walk, the Varden viewpoint offers breathtaking views of Molde, the fjord, and the famous Molde panorama with its 222 peaks. See if you can count them! The hike is family friendly for those wanting to climb to 407m above sea level.

Met de introductie van de ICNG levert NSR haar 186'ers langzaam maar zeker in. Na een onderhoudsbeurt komen ze in dienst bij andere vervoerders. Zo ook de 186 118 die in de limoenkleuren van AlphaTrains aan Medway is verhuurd, die er gelukkig wel een sticker heeft opgeplakt. Met een volbeladen trein uit Düsseldorf (of Duisburg?) onderweg bij Oisterwijk.

CP 261 is stopped at V Avenue waiting for 260 to arrive at Letts. 261 wouldn't move until around 11:15 am at which time I had gone to Ainsworth to get food, so I didn't get any other shots of the northbound.

The large building is the former St Andrew's Cross Electricity Works. Built around 1899, it originally housed a 1.4 MW steam turbine powering twin dynamos. These generated a 500V DC supply for the south side of Glasgow. Obsolescent by 1922 it ceased operation and the two massive chimneys, styled like Egyptian columns, were demolished. It was converted to a printing works in 1937. A small section now contains an electricity sub-station but the building is for the most part empty and disused.

Bowmans Rail Balco service 4120S races through Korunye behind CFCLA lease units EL63/GL112 on Friday the 1st of February 2019. The Balco services conveys containerised Hay and other agricultural products between Port Pirie, Bowmans and Pelican Point for export overseas.
Since October 2017, the train also picks up SCT’s Wine train consist on the way to Pelican Point to save having 2 seperate services sharing the one terminal at the same time, forcing one of the two trains to wait til space is available.
On this day 23 years ago, EL63 was involved in a crossing accident at Calomba with a grain truck whilst working Trailerail service 3PM7 on Thursday the 1st of February 1996.
