Explore #000000... Apparently explore doesn't like this photo, but it did like putting photos with 27 comments in the top 6. Explore is retarded and I officially have lost all respect for it's ranking system. I would however like to thank all my friends here on flickr. Because it turns out I'm not here for explore and it's ranking, I'm here to improve my photography and help other improve.
Well, I guess from eveyones feedback I didn't go to far with the colors here. This is pretty much what it looked like when I shot it. This was shot near one of the boat launches on Sand Island. Decided to go with no borders or frames here cause I didn't want to crop or cut out anything.
Vertorama top was made from a 3 exposure tonemapped HDR, then blended with 2 of the exposures. Bottom half is a manual blend from 4 exposures. Manually stitched in CS3. Added a layer for curves, contrast, saturation, unsharp mask, noise ninja, and a bit of highlight / dodge.
