Part of the reason we started calling Link "King Boo" is because once he learned how to meow, we realized his voice was very raspy and resembled the cackling voice of King Boo, a character from the Super Mario Bros. series (although we're referring to the cackle of the character in Mario Kart Wii).
So of course when we were in Hot Topic the other day (looking for St. Patty's Day shirts, I swear we don't frequent that place) and I saw a King Boo hat, I had to get it.

We did not use the oven all summer. Though this weekend was warm, we made pizza for the first time in months. Veg sausage, mushrooms, yellow bell, zucchini and red onions, with lotsa mozzarella and parm of course!
