I used surface manipulation by putting texture onto the page using modeling paste and then I scratched into the canvas using the end of my paintbrush and sandpaper. I used the surface manipulation to illustrate the emotion of frustration. I enjoyed the project because it's something I've never done before and out of my comfort zone.

well, what can i say, the photo was taken by karolis zukas, and i just manipulated it.:) it is minimalistic but frankly saying about how it is easy to loose yourself in nowdays. it is good story about how people where running of time, they were in a hury, and than they have to wait and rest because they souls haven't be with them in time:)
I feel guilty that I haven't updated my flickr account with "real" photographic content in a while. So here is a photoshop-manipulated self-portrait. From last September. That'll tide you over for a while, eh?
