Mi pueblo es muy pequeño,
un poco más que nada,
perdido en la llanura
del oeste, dormido,
sobre sábanas verdes,
en otoño amarillas.
Arrullado por vientos,
por lluvias bendecido
lo adornan montañas,
y lo surcan los ríos.
Horizonte lejano que no tiene camino,
de atardeceres rojos, donde las nubes pintan
oníricos paisajes, efímeros, cambiantes,
cuando todas las aves regresan a sus nidos
y anticipa la noche un concierto de trinos.
Mi pueblo es casi nada,
pero mi pueblo es todo,
se agranda en la memoria
de tiempos muy lejanos,
cuando yo era del pueblo
y ese pueblo era mío.
Cuando todo era grande en mis ojos de niño,
mi familia, mi perro, los juegos, los amigos,
los primeros deseos y el pecado escondido.
Solamente recuerdos,
nostálgicas historias,
que nunca han sucedido, ´
que vuelco en unos cuentos
para seguir pensando
que no soy forastero,
que aún hay alguien que sabe
mi nombre, mi apellido,
que comparte mi abrazo
y se llama mi amigo.

This species can be found in rain forest trees and shrubs. It will lay it’s eggs low on branches above water in a frothy nest. They make the nest similar to the smoky jungle frog, in that they beat the nest into a frothy substance in which to lay eggs. Once the tadpoles hatch they fall into the water. The Borneo eared enjoys eating insects, it has a special fondness for large tree crickets which offer a significant meal for them.

There is hardly a better place in my area to enjoy a perfect Autumn day than the open-air -museum in Detmold. We spent a whole day in beautiful sunshine without a cloud in this lovely location.
The LWL-Freilichtmuseum in Detmold is a great place to learn and experience the world of our ancestors. The open-air-museum is covered with buildings, tools, animals and plants of countryside life in Northwest Germany in the last couple of centuries. An endless source of inspiration for HDR photography.

Ein weiteres Bild meiner Serie Herbst am Rhein bei Remagen spiele ich nun ein. Viele Kilometer kann man dort am Rhein spazieren gehen oder auch Fahrrad fahren. Es ist ein beliebtes Ausflugs-Ziel für Fotografen und Fahrradfahrer. Viel Spaß beim betrachten.

In order to capture scenes like this I got up at 5am on half of the days I spent in Val D'Orcia. Not something that most would consider a relaxing vacation, but sometimes you have to set priorities ;-)
Um Bilder wie dieses zu machen bin ich die Hälfte meiner Urlaubstage im Val D'Orcia morgens um 5 Uhr aufgestanden. Nicht gerade das was die meisten als Erholung bezeichnen würden, aber manchmal muß man einfach Prioritäten setzen ;-)

Winter mood on the castle island Rodewisch / Vogtland Germany
Dieses Renaissanceschlösschen wurde um 1500 gebaut. Bei den ursprünglichern Erbauern geht man von den Herren von Reuss, Vögte von Plauen aus. Im 16. Jahrhundert wurden die Herren von der Planitz als Eigentümer genannt.
The Renaissance small castle was established about around 1500. Before the castle are the rests of the castle Göltzsch, a mitteralterlichen ring embankment arrangement with the foundation wall of a so-called steady house surrounded by a water jump. This old castle originated around the turn of 12. by the 13-th century. With the builders of the arrangement one goes out from the Mr. Reuss, stewards to Plauen, as an owner. In the 16-th century Messrs. von Planitz were called as an owner.

In addition to great fishing this is one of the marshes where the highly regarded St. Maries Wild Rice is grown.
The long train trestle in the distance is still used to haul logs between St. Maries and Plummer.

El Puente románico sobre el río Arga, mandado construir, según la tradición, por una reina desconocida es de grácil figura y una hermosa esbeltez, siendo uno de los puentes medievales más importantes de Europa.
Es uno de los ejemplos de arquitectura civil más interesantes del Camino de Santiago en Navarra y punto de encuentro de peregrinos que han tejido a lo largo de los siglos miles de historias y leyendas.
Las aguas del río Arga, que discurre bajo la imponente arcada del centenario puente, susurran los más sorprendentes relatos a los viajeros que se dejan cautivar por su murmullo. Sólo hay que prestar atención y podrá escuchar la pintoresca leyenda del "txori".
Tuvo 3 torres defensivas, dos en sus extremos y otra central, en la que se ubicaba la imagen renacentista de la Virgen del Puy o del Txori.
En torno a esta virgen existe una leyenda que cuenta que la imagen recibía la visita de un pajarillo ("txori" en euskera), que la cuidaba y acicalaba quitándole las telarañas de sus alas y lavándole la cara con agua que recogía en el Arga. Dicen que el día que aparecía el "txori" se echaban las campanas al vuelo y se celebraban fiestas religiosas.
Ein abendlicher Spaziergang zur Radio City Music Hall ist durchaus empfehlenswert. Man kann leicht durcheinander kommen bei dem was da alles so los ist.
An evening walk to Radio City Music Hall is quite recommendable. One can easily get confused with what all has going on.
