IMPORTANT NOTES: This set was marketed with Kelly or Chelsea dolls, however the outfit appears to be the same for both.
PERSONAL FUN FACT: I was truly hoping that this was a Chelsea dress when I discovered it floating around the "Crazy for Bratz Kidz Lot" of 2023. There were seven Bratz Kidz dolls, who could fit into this dress too. However, this ensemble didn't seem like it was MGA quality. It reminded me much more of late 2000s Barbie clothes, what with the glittery attached belt. There weren't any Chelsea dolls in the container, so that made it a tad more tricky to figure out what this was. After some digging, I realized that this came on the I Can Be Dentist Chelsea. It's super cheerful and darling, perfect for everyday wear. I never would have guessed it was sold in a dentist set. But then again, it's not like Chelsea would be wearing the dentist jacket. This is even cuter than the getup worn on the Dentist Kelly from 1997. I'm always thrilled to get my hands on Chelsea clothes, since Mattel made so few fashion packs for her over the years. There are also not many dolls produced with spare outfits either...so dressing used Chelsea dolls can be tricky.

Stopped in at my favorite toy shop in Portland to grab some vinyl goodness and ended up talking to one of the employees there about cameras for a good 20 mins. I asked if I could have a shot of him working and he kindly obliged.

He is my sister doggy but my sister moved from Shanghai to Taiwan cannot take him go to Taiwan so no choice send him back to HK. Now, he is living in my place and he is missing my sister...

I was lucky enough to see these siblings, Jai and Veeru (named after popular movie characters from the Indian blockbuster 'Sholay'), when they were young. Jai, seen in the foreground, went on to become the king of Umred Karhandla Wildlife Sanctuary in central India where he ruled the last few years. Now 7, he is currently missing with a fear of being poached. Wishing for his well-being and good luck to the guardians of Umred-Karhandla who take great care in protecting their wild.

Things took a turn for the worse, after an excellent visit to the new Lego House in Billund, Denmark.
The Sigfig has disappeared, and is presumed alive assumed but missing. They were last seen at the Lego House, and is thought to have been lost on the way back to the hotel.
The Sigfig is pictured in the top left corner, and we're offering a reward for his safe return. If you find him, please contact us at holla@silentmode.tv.
Two racers, three bicycles... The missing racer had a heart attack and died this morning at the mountain bike race I was shooting. These two riders were carrying his bike back to the starting line.
Taking a short break from posting edited photos from my creative shoots for a moment to post a little tribute to my mum. Because she was here and she will always matter.

Dear Mum,
It's been another year without you. It doesn't get easier, although people who have never lost someone significant still expect that it will. It doesn't. You're with me every minute of every single day. I've wanted to text you so many times. I've wanted to see you more.
Your granddaughters are growing up. Too quickly for my liking and no doubt for yours. But they'll always be our little girls. I know you're watching over them and us and proud of the way we're trying. Your sons are doing well. Struggling with missing you and certain times are harder than others but they're doing their best.
Your best friends did an amazing job looking after us in the first year and have stayed in contact. You always thought of them as additional family and they truly never let you down Mum. They are everything you always thought them to be. You wouldn't be surprised to know that and neither are we; but we're grateful all the same.
I miss you. I love you. Always wishing you were here. Angry and sad that you're not.

To all of the people out there doing their best,
I see you. If all you did this year was survive, well done. Don't compare your story to others. We're all different. And absolutely no one puts everything on social media so you're comparing yourself with someone else's heavily edited version of themselves anyway.
I hope you all have a happy, safe and fun start to the new year. Do more of what gives you peace and enjoyment. Do less of what doesn't. If something isn't working, try something different. Don't be afraid to try something new. The only time you'll ever fail is when you don't try at all.

My old friend still comes to visit.
I took the first photo of him way back in November 2010.
Since then he has grown into a magnificent adult and now has a female who flies with him.
His age is showing by the super white feathers on his head, a feature missing in younger birds.
Week 10 52/2014
In a week or two I will have been on Flickr for a year. Flickr is a changing tide. I have seen some good friends come and go. Some friends who have gone I cannot help be angry at because friendship means a lot to me and I have heard nothing since from them. As I go into my second year my feelings have become hardened. I will not become personally involved like before. In the last month or so I have lost 2 very close Flickr friends and one who is taking a rest. I miss them so much but I suppose that is life and life will bring me new friends here.
