missing the normal life I use to live...... :(

Moving to Stuttgart Germany soon and will be a ocean away from California.

Happy New Year to all my photography friends. This time last year Peter and I were in Venice. This is a multiple exposure to show how busy Venice can get. Olga

All that art and they are looking at their phones

can most likely be found splashing around barefoot.

reward: free picnic lunch at the beach.

It looks like the Caribbean, but it's in Grisons, Switzerland.

tell of worlds within

Violette awoke in bracken and felt immediately somehow empty. She listened, but heard nothing at all. As she moved to stand, she saw there were beads of blood on her torn dress… her heart was gone

.

Luckily this happened to our only immortal girl, whose heart didn’t beat anyway… but who would do such a thing?

Did I miss you

I get the feeling I just did

But the peace is there

The calm heart lingers

I have needed you more

Than just at Christmas

And you seem to know

When I have got too low

Reminding me gently

To lift my gaze upwards

So I can see you

Feel you with me

Hear you call my name

Yes, then and now

You say, it is always the same

I have been collating a collection of images to load up at long last and this one was going to be in that group. I have a little more sorting and work to do, but something has made me want to upload this one now. Hot off the press, written this afternoon. I remembered how I was feeling when I took this image on Christmas Day, 2019..

And thought maybe somebody else might find comfort from it as Christmas moves closer.

Thinking of you all, stay safe & well. Looking forward to sharing images and looking at all your gorgeous photos.

Missing Manila Bay,

Yes everyone, I do miss Manila bay, I have been there a lot of times when I was still working in Metro Manila, during most Sunday mornings, I love to stroll around CPP complex and walk until the end of bay walk, and when I still have the energy, I walked until I reaches neither north or south harbor. During most Friday nights, I love to hangout with friends in malate area and spend the whole hours in CPP grounds, until the next morning comes.

MMMmmm…………really miss those days.

Manila bay may not be a perfectly beautiful site to be, but its one of my favorite site to walk around.

The noise, the pollution, the people and the street foods, all of it are the things I miss to see.

Work # 459 from 201O/11

" The swirl of glue-imprint remains after the metal viewpoint memorial plaque at Orrest Head, Windermere, Cumbria ( Lake District) was jemmied and stolen from its slate plinth in 2011. The plaque featured an enlarged engraving of a drawing by A. Wainwright, famous guidebook writer, fell-walker and artist. ( Subsequently replaced by the cliquey Wainwright Society )

Echoed somewhat aptly in the missing view that day due to an all-enveloping mist. " - M. St.M

Missing who? Blue skies. The sun. The moon. The stars. November is the first full month of the rainy season, meaning clouds and rain.

Missing Unicorn flyer spotted on Central Park West, New York City. If you have any information, you know what to do.

The word "missing" came to mind as I considered posting this photo of me and Cristy......for several reasons.

First, our friend Katie was with us but she is missing from this edited photo. Sorry. She was not absent, lost, gone nor misplaced - just missing.

Second, I've been missing both friends since we gathered last year. Sad. In this case, I've felt a yearning, perhaps craving, to see them again.

Fortunately, any feelings of melancholy are overcome by the thought we'll be together again very soon.

Over the past two years, the importance of friends has an amplified presence in my life priorities.

You too?

Looking for a cure for the mid January doldrums.

In my childhood I liked very much magical story about unicorn:) When I saw this place lately in our Botanical Garden in Lublin - I thought that it was missing here only a unicorn :) So I found him here (many many thx to Thowra uk) and tried to make a collage in Ps (my abilities aren't too great he he)

I had dinner Wednesday with two Parisians and Paris has been top of mind ever since.

I see this every day at work. Now I can enjoy it when I'm not at work😁 Shot on my phone

Old photos from my last summer in China. I miss my grandparents so much.

Was going through some photos last night and this one reminded me of how nice the spring is. I decided after a freezing (but great) trip to Europe this winter I'm ready for some springtime :)
