Oh, finally today we got so lucky and met the mysterious person who puts the poems in the pole on SE 45th Avenue.
Heather is a poet herself, she has indeed displayed not long ago the poem "Figs" which I happened to like very much.
Heather told me that she and her husband had bought the house and moved in last June.
She couldn't tell me much about the previous owner though, except that the latter didn't live in that house a long time.
Heather has just continued to put poems out for everyone to read, as the pole was already there. She changes the poems every Wednesday, and as we were there today, she walked inside her home and came back with a copy of the new poem for me and her email address.
She was very appreciative of my feedback and promised to email me the future poems which she'll put out by the sidewalk.
Once I'm back home in Europe, or by the Mediterranean, I'm sure I'll be glad to receive greetings from Portland.
