I recently was able to find this Sunkissed Summer Sasha and I’m obsessed. She’s so cute and her screening reminds me of like prototypes such as Sweet Dreams, so cute!
Some graffiti on the base of a gas pump. My last few photos didn't have much color; I thought I'd change the pace.
This guy has a bottomless pit for a stomach. After he cleaned up the sunflower seeds we spread around for the birds, he then went through all sorts of gymnastics to launch himself on to this tube feeder and, upside down, started inhaling as much of the bird seed as he could. While my wife Sammy is enjoying her morning quiet time in her garden hideaway, this guy and a few of his furry friends provide her as much entertainment as her myriad of feathered friends hopping around at her feet do.

Exclamation Mark. The Iconscollection is a collection full of icons which you can use for your website etc.
i always used to think, the happiest people are the people who falls in love for the first time. the butterflies in the stomach are something to treasure.
but then i saw this.

WELL, with that overheard excited exclamation of devotion at the TOUR DE FRANCE on the CHAMPS ELYSEE, ADDA turned around to see a 6 foot , black hair, blue-eyed all-american jock.
"we hear that a lot in san francisco." ADDA says to which everyton howls ,
There were lots of LANCE ARMSTORNG suporters with many decked out in STARS AND STRIPES regalia. Best sign, GIRLS GONE WILD...FOR LANCE...ADDA and JACKIE carried WE (HEART) LANCE signs though we did not war paint our faces. What is it with sporting events that some are proned to don cheap clown make=up of one's teams colors?
the NORWAY supporters decked out in viking gear scored big time with photographers, as well as, the NORWAY bike team who stopped by the group during the victory lap to the howling cheers of the vikings. several TOUR DE FRANCE members drove off with the viking hats *those horn on a metal helmet) only to get their photo taken in front of the ARCH DE TRIOMPHE !
which brings me to where ADDA and JACKIE stood for an hour waiting for the TOUR DE FRANCE bike race to begin its end===yes, the TOUR DE FRANCE is like sex, one hour wait for a 29 second experience!
we were at the ARCH DE TRIOMPHE which is the 'TURN AROUND' at the other end of the 'place du concorde' finish line! it is a great location because the bikers have to slow down at the sharp curve which enables the crowd to get a great ACTION VIEW of the race
that is so unlike last year when ADDA saw the TOUR DE FRANCE in LOURDES==the bikers zoomed by and off in 29 seconds...TANTE PIS
Here in PARIS at the CHAMPS ELYSEE they bike around 8 times before the finish line and then they do a slow victory lap! Thus many chances to see the racers!
YES, we did see LANCE ARMSTRONG...did we ever...ADDA go a great photo of him during his victory lap which was held after the awards at the podium at the PLACE DU CONCORDE.
speaking of the SPAINISH first place winner CONTADOUR *(who won in 2007( and LANCE were not as much as looking at each other on the grand stand. one handshake and that was it===usually its hugs and smiles...NOPE....SANG FROID==It was major tension between the two for the past several days when CONTADOUR tried to weasel LANCE out of his way...LANCE physically pushed him back...cat fight
speaking of...same happened to JACKIE at the TOUR DE FRANCE...you know it's not like she's 6 feet tall, though she is cute....JACKIE is NOT going to block your view if she is in front of yyou....well, several FRENCH folks thought she would...and they did not let her in front of them...so after some pushing around... ADDA told her to come over to where i was standing which was a much, much better place to see the race anyway
==an AMERICAN couple from CHICAGO and an ENGLISH couple from LONDON let her in front of them...THEY WERE SO KIND==they wished her a HAPPY 83RD BIRTHDAY several times...
Thank goodness for GOOD OLD AMERIAN AND ENGLISH MANNERS to come to the RESCUE....and TEE HEE, 10th place was the HIGHEST placement for a FRENCH TOUR DE FRANCE BIKER and the news made a big deal about it........all we thought was TANTE PIS!!!!!! *(too bad) hahahaha...
it was a FUN TOUR DE FRANCE afterall...

Another sunrise .......to add to the thousands I already have!!!!! but I liked the reflection on the gentle waves beneath the cliff.
It was holding a berry in its beak, but dropped it as soon as it saw the lens. Perfect photo opportunity lost, sadly.

The UK Government has set about banning the Exclamation mark!!
New guidance for key stage 1 and 2 national curriculum tests has stated that pupils should only get credit if they use exclamation marks in sentences that begin with the words “What” or “How”!
Really? Yes! “A sentence that ends in an exclamation mark, but which does not have one of the grammatical patterns shown above is not considered to be creditworthy as an exclamation."
Must of had a really big meeting to decide that one!! I prefer double expressions!!
So watch out!! The grammatically correct fascists are out to get you!!
Speaking of the black signage, as stated before, there's plenty of it in BD 2.2 (a kind-of cool throwback to the original black décor)! And looks as if a large majority (if not all) of the icons have been restyled for BD 2.2 as well. Not sure if everyone would think that last sentence deserves an exclamation point, but I kind of like the new icons personally. When showing some of these photos to Mrs. L_Dawg (who sat out this trip), I was asked what the heck that was on the pet care sign! I would assume it's meant to represent the paw of someone's pet (cat or dog, furry pig, or something similar), but guess it kind of looks like a bear claw also :P And yeah, a bit more separation between the baby bottle and lettering on that pendant-style sign would have been nice, not to mention the flat signs are bit crowded-looking as well. (Hey, thought I'd be nit-picking a lot more on this stuff, so I'll take it as is and be mostly happy)!
