The hydrant is ready for me

After my wife retires this year, we will be moving to a new home. (Yes, we are very, very lucky people.) Visiting the lot in its current state shows only a hydrant in place. As I am terrible around the house, and pretty much terrible at everything, I think the hydrant is perfect. It warns us that I am likely to burn the new place down by simply changing a light bulb. #planningahead
