All Montgomery Explorers Walk 2024

Join us on Wednesday, October 2nd, for Walk Maryland Day, a celebration of Maryland’s official exercise: walking!

We aim to break the record for the MOST EXPLORERS walking in our parks in a single day. Our record-breaking trek begins at South Germantown Recreational Park at 10 AM. Following the walk, Explorers will enjoy a fun-filled afternoon with a DJ, a tour of King Barn Dairy Mooseum, games, lunch, and more!

To receive all event details and logistics, please ensure you are a registered Montgomery Explorer before registering for the All Explorers Walk.

Please note that registering for Montgomery Explorers and registering for the event are separate processes. The event is free; however, advanced registration is required for planning purposes.
